There are literally tons of books, products and services, the trick is knowing which ones are bogus and which ones are solid and evidenced based.
That’s our check point, is there data to back up the claims and marketing? Specifically, is it proven or based on scientific research, practical evidence and at a minimum case studies.
It can get expensive, especially if you start chasing the next “latest thing”. There are likely cupboards full of promised brain hacking, brain boosting tools and supplements which are gathering dust.
Let’s not fall into that trap.
